Shipping Policies

SHIPPING GUARANTEE: DMOS is a small made in the USA company.  We use a few different shipping companies to deliver our products to your door.  We use the most cost-effective and efficient shipping processes for delivery to your home or business, depending on where you live.  We do not guarantee or ensure the delivery process once the product leaves our warehouse.  If you wish to guarantee the delivery you must purchase a signature delivery confirmation which can be done in the checkout process once you reach the payment information.  This is a guarantee of delivery only.  The signature delivery guarantee can be purchased on our website and added to the purchase cost.  We appreciate your understanding and thank you for the interest in our products! 

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT:  Once an order is received in our fulfillment warehouse it can take 24-72 hours to have the order actually get picked up by the carrier.  If the order is placed on a Thursday or Friday, you can add one more day to that time period.  Our shipping process starts with batch sorting and the printing of shipping labels.  Once the label is printed, you will get an email notification.  We then pull and pack the product which is the 24-72 hour time frame of fulfillment.  Then the carrier picks up your package.  DMOS is a small made in the USA company and we are working at being the best.  We do make mistakes and when we do, we apologize for that and will remedy the mistake.  Thank you for your purchase and belief in American-made!
