"First impressions after a couple uses: This shovel seems rock solid and well built. Like the telescoping and tuck away handle for travel. Primary use winter camping in the BWCA of northern Minnesota. Shoveling out deep snow for a tent pad and banking tent or fish house. Can't wait to get out out on more trips and not have to worry about breaking another plastic shovel in subzero temps."

"Best shovel on the market. Wish it was a little wider. I bought one Alpha and liked it so well I bought a second one when the got them back in stock. They work great for breaking up that packed down snow from people walking on the sidewalk. No more shitty plastic shovels that either break or wear down to nothing after a winter of shoveling snow. They definitely aren't cheap, but you get what you pay for! Living in Montana these shovels get lots of use."
