"Only issue I have is that the handle to this $400 shovel can be stolen at the push of a button (literally) company needs to come out with a solution, a plate to attach to the Molle board so that the handle can’t be pulled out. Now i have to find something for it or have someone fabricate something to prevent theft."
"I got this as a birthday gift and I thought, “Why on earth would anyone pay this much for a shovel?”. Then I used it. It folds down to nothing which, in the overlanding arena, means everything. And it just works. And, again, in the overlanding arena means everyone. To quote Ferris Bueller, “If you have the means, I highly recommend you pick one up”. Oh Yeah!"

"IMHO the metal used seems a bit flimsy for the price. Not a universal mount by any stretch. I have a GOBI took rack with tubular steel and I ended up after several trips to Ace Hardware I was able to engineer a solution. I used 3/4” pipe straps with stainless steel hardware. And even then I had to drill holes in the mount to get it to fit properly. Once I had it mounted and the shovel locked in there it looks great and very sturdy."
