SHIPPING POLICY

For orders in the United States, DMOS ships Fedex Ground or Fedex Ground Home Delivery.  We use the US Postal Service for our driveway handles and also most of our merchandise. 

We use DHL Worldwide Express for International Shipments. 

We do not guarantee the delivery once the product leaves our warehouse.  We provide proof and tracking that we've delivered to the carrier but we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.  If you wish to guarantee the delivery, you must purchase a signature delivery confirmation which can be done in the checkout process once you reach the payment information.  This is the best way to ensure that your DMOS gets to you.  We appreciate your understanding and thank you for the interest in our products! 

 

SHIPPING AND FULFILLMENT: 

We generally ship within 48 hours of the order being placed with the exception of orders placed on Fridays or weekends. Thank you for your purchase and belief in our pro grade, American-made products.
